| Fit 4 new valve guides and re-cut value seats (to
bare head) includes guides (cast iron) |

| Grind camshaft journals to suit needle roller

| Bore out and gas flow commando exhaust ports, fit
new colsibro exhaust guides and re-cut value seats |

| Fit and line ream camshaft bushes (including bushes) |
|
| Dismantle crankshaft, clean & rebuild with new
studs, nuts & washers |
|
| Re-balance crankshaft (rods/pistons required) |
|
| Re-grind twin cylinder crankshaft |

| Helicoiling, standard British threads available as
follows: 3/8 BSC,
